RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make the process simple and straightforward.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
As a small-batch, thoughtfully curated brand, we keep our return window focused to reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring you can shop with confidence.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at contact@ordinaryelse.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number, item(s) and reason for return
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup for you
No printing is required – our courier will handle the label.
Please ensure your item is securely packed and ready for collection.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Singapore (Domestic Orders)
A flat return handling fee of SGD 10 will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
Return handling fees are as follows:
- Malaysia — SGD 15
- Hong Kong — SGD 15
- Australia — SGD 35
Return fees will be fully waived if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only accepted for items returned within the 14-day return window and meeting the conditions above.
HOW IT WORKS
- Your return is received and inspected
- We confirm approval via email
- Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
As our pieces are produced in small batches and availability is limited, the fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for your preferred item
This ensures you don’t miss out on availability while your return is being processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Return fees will be fully waived in these cases.
